My role involved updating the visual assets by converting existing images to SVG format, which enhanced scalability, reduced file sizes, and maintained high-quality visuals across different devices.

Additionally, I undertook a comprehensive speed optimization process, which included refining code, optimizing images, and leveraging caching strategies. These improvements significantly boosted the website’s loading times, leading to a smoother user experience and better SEO performance.
